I listen to Et Musique Pour Tous daily, but they really did a great job with this mix.  Have a listen!

Considering that my next expedition is headed to the top of Asia in the middle of winter where temperatures get as low as –80C, I am constantly going back and forth with excitement and fear about the situation.  I recently received this annotated thermometer, which is at least a good way to keep a smile about temperatures that can cause you to lose fingers and toes. Thanks for visiting my website.  I am still in the process of getting all of my content up online, so check back soon to see the final site.

In the meantime, please also check out my production company website:

Or the website from my recent expedition around the world:

While it is hard (and painfully narcissistic) to spend time solely editing footage of yourself, I have made this reel as a way of promoting my time spent in front of the camera.  It is a bit of a rough cut right now, but here it is…my personal reel!

I often get questions of how I come up with my adventures or ideas for future projects.  Often it all starts from some email forward like the one I pasted below.  Some odd fact catches my eye about an area, next thing you know I am on Wikipedia, then ordering books from Amazon for research and later making calls to people to find out how to get to some place on the other side of the planet.

Read below, I think someday I will need to be visiting the crazy 7 mile deep hole those crazy Russians built.

The Amazon River pushes so much water into the Atlantic Ocean that,

more than one hundred miles at sea off the mouth of the river, one can

dip fresh water out of the ocean.  The volume of water in the Amazon

river is greater than the next eight largest rivers in the world combined

and three times the flow of all rivers in the United States . [..]

We only had a chance to test the racetruck for an afternoon before the race, but we also had a chance to test the GoPro video camera.  Click the image above to see the footage.

It has been a little bit, but I have finally put together a photo album from the NORRA Mexican 1000 race in Baja California, Mexico.  Chad Niernberg and I drove a 1968 Ford Bronco down the Baja Peninsula from Mexicali to La Paz totaling over 1000 miles of rally racing off road!! [..]

After the end of the expedition, I went on a trip around Colorado with my friend Zsofi.  It had been years and in some cases decades since I had been to some of these parts of Colorado.  After being on the road for 2.5 years, it was nice to realize that I am fortunate enough to come home to one of the most beautiful places in the world.  Here are some of the photos from the trip.
